About
FlySpace originated as a physical therapy practice focused on assisting performing artists in their recovery from injuries and returning to the stage. Over time, its services have expanded to cater to a diverse client base. In addition to physical therapy, FlySpace now encompasses strength and conditioning, as well as mental health services.
FlySpace recognizes modern life itself is a performance. The stress and strain of everyday living can inhibit growth, healing and health. Our sole mission is to help you recenter yourself, create harmony between mind and body, and help you perform at your best level.
Performance. At FlySpace, it’s our passion. We were founded on the principle that performance is the key that unlocks everything—a career in the performing arts, athletic achievement, or even just the ability to play with one’s grandchildren.
At Flyspace, you interact directly with people who are dedicated to helping clients become the very best version of themselves. Our principals and staff have broad expertise in disciplines that overlap and intersect, creating a truly multidisciplinary approach. From orthopedic to pelvic floor physical therapy, strength & conditioning to personal training, motor learning and control to mental health counseling, we are passionate about developing custom-tailored programs that foster steady, continual improvement in all areas.
